Finance Business Partner – Benelux

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will support Shiseido’s Benelux operations by ensuring accurate financial management, reporting and control. Working closely with the Finance Manager, the role contributes to budgeting, monthly closing and the implementation of robust financial processes aligned with Shiseido EMEA and Japan headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare affiliate budgets and profit & loss statements in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
• Monitor and follow‑up budgets and P&L performance against affiliate objectives.
• Set up monthly closing procedures and rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate yearly financial closing together with the Accounting Department.
• Improve financial systems, processes and controls to support the Commercial Department.
• Manage end‑to‑end internal group reporting.
• Monitor sell‑in data and transmit sell‑out information to headquarters (BOTAN).
• Serve as the primary contact for the EMEA Regional Headquarters Finance team.

Required profile

• Academic or Master’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal and people‑development abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• High analytical capability to interpret data and devise action plans.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Alignment with Shiseido’s “Trust8” principles.
