Finance Analyst – Global Intercompany Pricing (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Global Intercompany Pricing team within the MedTech Supply Chain organization. This hybrid role blends finance and data expertise, focusing on data setups, consolidation, transfer pricing, master data management, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end systems and data governance, building and refining platforms, workflows, and data handoffs.
• Execute master data and pricing setup activities across JD Edwards 8.12, SAP ERP, and S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders such as Tax Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, NPI, and Product Management to ensure accurate ICP calculations and tax model application.
• Support year‑end outbound/inbound and standard‑cost loads, leading the calculation of year‑end kits.
• Analyze data, validate process logic, and develop large‑scale testing workflows to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate collection and retention of approvals for standard‑cost and ICP changes, enforcing SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Maintain service level agreements for business and ad‑hoc requests, implementing preventive controls to avoid order‑fulfilment disruptions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or life‑science industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, IT or equivalent.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) – spoken and written.
• Based in Belgium and able to work on‑site in Diegem three days per week.
