Field Service Engineer – IGT Systems

About the role

You will deliver hands‑on and remote technical support for IGT systems, resolve issues with precision, and ensure outstanding customer service while continuously building your expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support, including troubleshooting, repair, upgrades, and installation of products and services.
• Document service activities, diagnostics, resolution steps, and case status in detail to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare for service visits by diagnosing potential issues, organizing required parts, and developing structured action plans to achieve first‑visit resolution.
• Address customer escalations, complaints, and feedback, coordinating solutions to maintain trust and timely resolution.
• Execute moderately complex to complex service tasks in the field using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, vocational education, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Medical Sciences or related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in diagnostic imaging service environment or 4 years in electromechanical industries; CT experience and OEM training preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 % of the time on field assignments.
