Field Sales Representative – Belgium (B2B Pet Food)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to join our Belgian team and drive growth in the pet food market. You will own the development of B2B customer relationships, introduce new products, and ensure optimal in‑store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand B2B relationships with existing and new customers in the pet food sector.
• Introduce new products and promotions, optimizing shelf presentation at points of sale.
• Support new store installations and manage ongoing shelf‑space allocation.
• Monitor market trends and competition, proposing tailored offers and assortments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Genuine interest in animals and a structured, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Autonomous, hands‑on, and detail‑oriented.
• Fluency in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
