Field Sales Representative – Belgium (Pet Food)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to grow our B2B customer base in the Belgian pet‑food market. You will act as the primary point of contact for retailers, introducing new products and ensuring optimal shelf presence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand B2B relationships with existing and new customers in the pet‑food sector.
• Introduce new products and promotions, and optimise in‑store presentation.
• Support new store installations and manage ongoing shelf‑space allocation.
• Monitor market trends and competition, proposing tailored offers and assortments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑focus.
• Genuine interest in animals and a structured, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Autonomous, hands‑on, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Fluency in Dutch and French (English is a plus).
