F&B Trainee Internship – Hospitality

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Brussels as an F&B Trainee. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in a world‑class hotel environment, allowing you to develop hospitality skills while contributing to guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet areas.
• Assist in setting up dining rooms, preparing service stations, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Interact with guests to deliver memorable service and address any requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth workflow.
• Participate in inventory checks and basic stock management.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university or college program with a valid internship agreement.
• Positive, flexible attitude with a "Yes, I can!" mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of hospitality service standards.
• Ability to use standard POS and service equipment.
