About the role
The Facilities Manager will oversee the operational management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all facilities across the Belgium and Netherlands region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that sites operate safely, efficiently, and in line with corporate standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations, including building maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities, and EHS compliance.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and security systems.
- Drive space planning, workplace design, and support business relocations or refurbishments.
- Oversee vendor contracts, define service levels, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
- Develop and control the regional facilities budget, track expenses, and report KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, and coordinate emergency response procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in facility or building management, preferably across multiple sites.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to the Luxembourg office when needed.
