Export Logistics Coordinator

About the role

PSA BDP is looking for an Export Logistics Coordinator to join its Antwerp office. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of ocean export shipments, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders via EDI and manual files, verifying customer order plausibility.
• Plan, book, and coordinate transportation orders and follow up on shipments.
• Handle documentation, invoicing, filing and ensure punctual, flawless order handling.
• Provide internal and external shipment reporting through mail, phone, or EDI.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report non‑conformities according to KPIs.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors under agreed rates.
• Apply HazMat processes where required.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations and documentation.
• Professional degree in logistics or forwarding (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Initiative, organization, stress resistance and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Export forwarding experience and HazMat knowledge are advantageous.

Required skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of HazMat regulations.
