Events Specialist

About the role

The Events Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and development of Louis Vuitton's brand‑driven events across the Benelux, Nordics, and Poland region. You will create memorable experiences that reinforce the brand’s heritage, creativity, and desirability while supporting commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the regional event strategy in line with zone and central guidelines.
• Manage the annual events calendar, trackers, and action plans, coordinating with store managers and internal teams.
• Oversee all aspects of event production, including budgeting, supplier selection, catering, special services, and on‑site animation.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Client Development, Communication, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail) and external vendors.
• Track expenses, raise purchase orders, and ensure events stay within budget.
• Research new venues and opportunities for external events within the region.
• Analyze event performance against KPIs (attendance, sales, ROI) and produce feedback reports for senior management.
