Enterprise Cyber Risk Specialist

About the role
Spektrum is seeking an Enterprise Cyber Risk Specialist to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role will contribute to protecting NATO’s communication networks and information systems against cyber threats as part of the Cyber and Digital Transformation Division, helping to advance NATO’s cyber defence and digital transformation agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced cybersecurity solutions for NATO’s enterprise‑wide IT infrastructure.
- Support command and control systems, satellite communications and electronic warfare services.
- Assist in the management and protection of information management assets, including databases, applications and servers.
- Collaborate with NATO International Civilians, military personnel and interim workforce consultants to deliver secure IT services.
- Contribute to the development of NATO’s cyber defence and digital transformation strategies.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity, preferably within defence or government environments.
- Understanding of NATO’s C3 capabilities and hybrid threat mitigation.
- Ability to work in a multinational, high‑performance team.
