Enterprise Architect

About the role

As an Enterprise Architect at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will shape the technology landscape by defining and maintaining enterprise architecture standards that support the company’s strategic objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise architecture models aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain architectural frameworks, principles, and standards.
• Lead As‑Is and To‑Be architecture analyses and perform gap assessments.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure architectural alignment with functional needs.
• Support digital transformation projects and document architectural decisions.
• Provide guidance across application, data, and technology domains.
• Ensure compliance with architecture governance processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate or Zachman frameworks.
• Experience with modeling tools such as ARIS, UML or BPMN.
• Proven track record of defining and implementing architectural standards and governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Certification in an enterprise architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
