Enterprise Account Executive – Belgium (Dutch/French)

About the role

Alan is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead the acquisition of large‑scale corporate clients in Belgium. You will work with companies ranging from 200 to 10,000 employees, helping them transition to a proactive, preventive health insurance model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and close strategic prospects across the Belgian market.
• Conduct product demos, educate senior stakeholders (HR Directors, CFOs, C‑level executives) and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Apply Alan’s Smart & Soft selling methodology to create a seamless prospect experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay market feedback and contribute to product and strategy improvements.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex B2B solutions to large enterprises.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision‑makers and navigate multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Enterprise sales methodology (e.g., consultative, solution selling).
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and managing high‑touch sales cycles.
