English‑Speaking Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking an English‑speaking Client Advisor to join its Client Services Centre in Brussels. The role focuses on delivering premium, personalized assistance to luxury clientele across the EMEA region, both inbound and via digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional inbound customer service by phone, email and digital platforms, offering tailored advice and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding preferences and anticipating needs.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs related to customer satisfaction, retention and sales targets.
• Handle complaints and complex situations professionally, ensuring swift resolution and client retention.
• Accurately record interactions and updates in CRM and related databases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to solve issues and enhance the overall client experience.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English; additional languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish) are a plus.
• Strong sales and storytelling ability with a “customer first” mindset.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented team player able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Interest in luxury fashion and high standards of professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM software; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
