Energy & Utilities Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Consultant in Energy & Utilities to join our global management‑consulting team. You will work on transformation projects for clients in the energy sector, helping them leverage data, analytics and emerging AI technologies to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams on transformation assignments, including data structuring, analysis and benchmarking.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops and map business processes.
• Develop functional specifications and contribute to knowledge‑creation activities such as publications and seminars.
• Collaborate with colleagues across industry units and assist in delivering client‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of consulting or relevant professional experience.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and data‑driven solutions.
• Analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake short‑term assignments abroad.
