Endpoint Administrator (L5) – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Administrator (L5) to support and optimise a large‑scale Digital Workplace environment in Brussels. The role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep expertise in endpoint management, automation, and enterprise‑grade device lifecycle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support endpoints across their full lifecycle using Intune/Endpoint Manager, Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365 Admin Center and automation tools.
• Build and maintain enterprise OS reference images with Autopilot, MDT, SCCM and Windows 10/11 imaging tools.
• Manage security and software updates via WUfB, WSUS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and McAfee ePO.
• Investigate and resolve endpoint issues related to Windows OS, drivers, peripherals, Intune policies and compliance monitoring.
• Contribute to endpoint policy design, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access and automation improvements.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with endpoint hardware installation and driver troubleshooting.
• Proven background in application packaging and OS imaging (MSI/MSIX, Intune App Deployment, SCCM, MDT, Autopilot).
• Advanced scripting and automation skills, primarily PowerShell, with knowledge of Python, Ansible and Perl.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, SCCM Admin, VMware Digital Workspace, Cisco Certified Technician, McAfee ePO Specialist).
