Endpoint Administrator

About the role

The Endpoint Administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of all user devices – workstations, laptops, mobiles and tablets – within a European institution. The role combines hands‑on technical support with the creation of standardized operating system images and the implementation of security updates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support endpoints throughout their lifecycle.
• Create and maintain an enterprise operating system reference image.
• Manage security and software updates for all devices.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve endpoint‑related incidents.
• Contribute to the definition of endpoint policies and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client OS administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in endpoint hardware installation and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Experience with application packaging and OS imaging.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Mandatory technical certification within the first three months (Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, System Center Configuration Manager, VMware Digital Workspace 2022, Cisco Certified Technician, or McAfee ePO) plus ITIL certification.
