Employment Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Lawyer to join our international firm, providing high‑quality employment law advice to a diverse client base ranging from local businesses to multinational corporations across Europe. The role combines substantive legal work with a collaborative, human‑focused culture that values work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters.
• Support complex individual and collective employment projects, including cross‑border issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other jurisdictions to handle multinational cases.
• Draft legal documents and deliver pragmatic, business‑oriented advice.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Employment practice.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in employment law, preferably from a top‑tier law firm.
• Native Dutch or French speaker with excellent command of the other language and fluency in English.
• Strong academic background, attention to detail, and a pragmatic mindset.
• Enthusiasm for developing a growing practice and working in a team‑oriented environment.
