About the role
As an EMEA Sales Trainer (French Speaking), you will design and deliver training programs that boost the performance of our sales teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will work closely with sales leaders to ensure new hires and existing staff have the skills needed to meet strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding for new sales hires, ensuring they meet a minimum assessed standard.
- Develop and implement selling‑skills frameworks such as iSMILE, covering objection handling, negotiation and closing techniques.
- Conduct regular skill assessments and training‑needs analyses to identify gaps.
- Design and deliver up‑skilling and re‑training programs aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with the ASM Leadership Academy and talent‑development teams to integrate sales skills with broader people‑development initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional enablement projects at the EMEA level from concept through execution, managing objectives, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales training and development.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
