EMEA Commercial Trainer (French Speaking)

About the role

As an EMEA Commercial Trainer, you will be responsible for elevating the performance of our sales teams across Belgium, France and the wider region. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that support onboarding, skill development and ongoing performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new sales hires, ensuring they meet a minimum assessed competency.
• Develop and implement selling‑skills frameworks such as iSMILE, covering objection handling, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Conduct regular skill assessments and training‑needs analyses to identify gaps and measure impact.
• Design targeted up‑skilling and re‑training initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional enablement projects at the EMEA level from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with leadership academies and talent management to integrate sales skills with broader people‑development programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales training and development, preferably in medical‑device or B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
