Email Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Email Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the eCommerce sector. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that boost customer engagement, retention, and online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns.
• Create and manage automated workflows such as welcome series, abandoned‑cart recovery, browse abandonment, post‑purchase follow‑ups, win‑back, product recommendations, and replenishment reminders.
• Segment audiences based on purchase history, browsing behavior, engagement metrics, and demographics.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling email copy and visuals.
• Schedule campaigns around product launches, seasonal sales, and special events.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and send times.
• Monitor deliverability, maintain list hygiene, and ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and other regulations.
• Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates and repeat purchases.
• Work closely with marketing, CRM, and eCommerce teams to align email initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on email marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation.
• Experience handling client relationships and managing multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
