Electrical Construction Manager (Onsite – Belgium)

About the role

As an Electrical Construction Manager you will lead the design and execution of electrical works on site in Belgium. You will oversee daily activities, drive productivity, and ensure project milestones are met while collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical design, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and take part in design reviews.
• Develop and monitor weekly and daily work plans, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Maintain close contact with site personnel to secure access, information and materials for productive work.
• Supervise and monitor site staff and specialist subcontractors on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Assist the Project Manager with programme planning, development and enforcement.
• Inform stakeholders of progress, cost and any issues.
• Manage safety and quality aspects in line with company procedures, working with the Quality Control and Safety departments.
• Liaise with consultants, planners, quantity surveyors and the broader workforce involved in the project.

Required profile

• Electrical trade background (essential).
• 8+ years of site construction management experience (preferred).
• Strong delegation, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the wider project team.
