E-Commerce Internship – Digital Product Launch

About the role

Join the eCommerce team of a premium coffee brand and support the digital journey of customers on the BELUX website and app. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in product launches, content management and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in launching new products and bundles on digital platforms, including image creation, briefing webmasters and benchmarking best practices.
• Coordinate the online rollout of B2B Black Friday and festive promotions.
• Ensure product descriptions are consistent across website, mobile site and app in all languages.
• Manage H2 communications, test the current app and update digital assets such as banners and web pages.
• Recommend and brief updates to thematic pages (summer, fall, festive) to capture search interest.
• Plan, brief and report on 1‑2 A/B tests aimed at improving website subscriptions.
• Support the upcoming website migration by mapping blog and recipe pages and advising on migration, update or decommission decisions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong passion for the digital industry and eCommerce practices.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch with professional English proficiency.
• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in eCommerce, Business Administration, Management or Digital Marketing.
