Domain Architect – Acquisition & Interaction

About the role

The Domain Architect for the Acquisition & Interaction (A&I) Cluster will shape and drive the strategic architecture that underpins acquisition marketing, customer communication and engagement funnels. Operating with high autonomy, you will translate business goals into clear road‑maps and guide engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the domain strategy and architectural vision for acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable road‑maps and ensure they are executed by engineering teams.
• Evaluate proposed solutions, challenge unnecessary complexity and guarantee alignment with analytics, experimentation and DataMesh.
• Set architectural guardrails that enable autonomous delivery while maintaining coherence across the ecosystem.
• Stay current with emerging techniques in acquisition, digital engagement and personalization, and introduce innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of acquisition marketing, customer communication, engagement funnels and behavioral analytics, preferably in regulated or complex industries.
• Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, conversion optimisation, experimentation and customer‑journey orchestration.
• Broad grasp of digital experience concepts such as content strategy, information modelling, design systems, UI/UX flows and user behaviour.
• Proactive, independent mindset with the ability to challenge strategy constructively and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience documenting architectures and processes with tools such as Ardoq.
