Domain Architect – Acquisition & Interaction

About the role

Gaming1, a leader in land‑based and online gaming, is seeking a Domain Architect for its Acquisition & Interaction (A&I) Cluster in Liège. This senior, highly autonomous role shapes domain strategy, translates vision into actionable roadmaps, and drives execution across engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the architectural vision for acquisition marketing, customer communication, and engagement funnels.
• Translate business goals into structured capabilities, roadmaps, and guardrails that empower autonomous delivery.
• Evaluate proposed solutions, challenge unnecessary complexity, and ensure seamless integration with analytics, experimentation, and DataMesh.
• Lead due‑diligence, deep analysis, and documentation of architectures using tools such as Ardoq.
• Stay current with emerging techniques in acquisition, digital engagement, and personalization, introducing innovative ideas where appropriate.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of acquisition marketing, tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, and behavioral analytics, preferably in regulated or complex industries.
• Broad knowledge of digital experiences, including content strategy, information modeling, design systems, UI/UX flows, and user behavior.
• Holistic architectural thinking combined with pragmatic, hands‑on execution ability.
• Strong independent work style, capable of challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
