Document Template Designer (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Document Template Designer to join our dynamic team on a full‑time freelance basis. You will design a wide range of digital and print communication materials, turning ideas into polished documents that serve our entire customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital documents, printed materials, and reports by integrating text and visual content.
• Use technical applications to build and format templates.
• Monitor distribution of communications across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimise HTML to enhance the effectiveness of communications.

Required profile

• Positive, motivating attitude with the ability to organise daily activities.
• Strong drafting, reporting and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with communications, project management and IT teams.
• Analytical, quality‑focused, proactive and self‑directed.
• 3–8 years of experience in similar roles, with a structured, methodical approach.
• Leadership qualities, sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
• Solution‑oriented and continuously seeks process improvements.
