Director of Food and Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will partner with the General Manager, ownership, and the European regional team to lead the pre‑opening and ongoing operation of multiple high‑profile outlets. This senior executive role is responsible for delivering the project on schedule, managing budgets, and launching the property with a strong market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑opening strategy, critical‑path planning and on‑time delivery for all F&B outlets.
• Own F&B revenue generation, labour productivity and cost control in line with budgets.
• Develop new concepts, oversee nightly service and manage supplier negotiations.
• Maintain meticulous standards across restaurants, bars, rooftop terraces and 24‑hour in‑room dining.
• Host guests, manage events and parties, and build partnerships to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with HR to foster strong teamwork and uphold the brand’s culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years as an F&B Director or Manager in a lifestyle or 4‑/5‑star hotel in Brussels.
• Strong operational background with a pragmatic yet creative approach.
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proven leadership skills, capable of motivating a large, diverse team.
• High stamina and passion for a high‑energy, nightlife‑focused environment.
