Director, Data Quality & Enrichment

About the role

Moody's is seeking a senior leader to shape the strategy and execution of regional data quality, coverage, and enrichment. The role will drive high‑quality, scalable data solutions that support Moody's Analytics business priorities and deliver value to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional data quality, coverage and enrichment strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Set priorities, success metrics and balance operational delivery with scalability, automation and efficiency.
• Act as senior subject‑matter expert and escalation point for complex data, process, stakeholder and client issues.
• Lead, mentor and develop managers and their teams across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external clients to translate data challenges into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience with a track record of setting strategic direction and delivering operational results across regions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of turning complex data issues into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior leaders and external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, foster innovation and build a data‑driven culture.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and a curiosity for responsible AI practices.
