Director, Chief of Staff – GTM EMEA & LATAM

About the role

NetApp is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff to operate at the centre of its high‑growth, multi‑region Go‑To‑Market organisation covering EMEA and LATAM. You will partner with senior leadership to translate ambitious growth priorities into concrete actions, ensuring alignment, pace, and impact across a complex, distributed business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategy execution by turning growth priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones.
• Track progress with data‑driven insights and support leadership rhythms such as reviews, forecasting, and planning.
• Enable cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and Talent.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and accelerate execution of high‑impact initiatives.
• Shape operating rhythms, lead leadership forums, and ensure clear, consistent communication organisation‑wide.
• Represent leadership in key forums and own critical cross‑functional projects that improve business performance.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with experience in GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations).
• Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate high‑impact discussions.
