About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (m/f/d) to join the management team of a growing industrial production site in Raeren. Acting as a true Business Partner to the Plant Manager, you will shape HR strategy, improve processes, and ensure smooth employee and labour relations in a demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support site leadership in strategic HR decisions and act as a sparring partner for the Plant Manager.
• Analyse, optimise and implement HR processes such as performance management, workforce planning, talent development and onboarding.
• Maintain constructive social dialogue, collaborate with works councils and manage labour‑law issues.
• Oversee all operational HR matters, monitor KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, employee climate) and ensure compliance with Belgian labour law.
• Be a visible HR presence on the shop floor, building strong relationships with employees and managers.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English; French required or strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a decision‑making HR role.
• Pragmatic, structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable navigating both operational and strategic HR topics.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
