About the role
Spektrum is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to provide remote onboarding and first‑line helpdesk services for NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) projects. The role involves assisting users with account creation, permissions management, and initial troubleshooting across a range of specialised defence applications.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding of users into applications, including account creation and permissions configuration.
- Provide first‑line helpdesk assistance via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot initial technical issues and document resolutions.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technical teams or product owners as required.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and user interactions.
Required profile
- Experience delivering remote user support in a technical environment.
- Familiarity with account provisioning and permission management processes.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with international defence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and follow documented procedures.
