Digital Project Manager (6‑month maternity cover)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to cover a 6‑month maternity leave. You will own the digital customer portal, known as the “Customer Zone”, and work closely with another DPM, digital product designers, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rebuild of the Customer Zone on a new React stack, ensuring stakeholder alignment and feature definition.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to refine requirements and enrich the data model for the decoupled data layer.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market activities for each feature release, including onboarding communications.
• Monitor adoption metrics, report findings, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Implement and configure ContentSquare for behavioral analytics, set up dashboards, and perform initial analyses on user behavior, conversion, self‑service adoption, CSAT/CES, and uptime.
• Structure Confluence spaces, templates, and best‑practice documentation for daily team use and cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• Senior‑level digital product manager with full ownership of a digital channel or portal.
• Hands‑on experience with ContentSquare and Confluence.
• Proven ability to work in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Strong affinity for UX/UI and effective collaboration with designers and delivery teams.
• Strategic yet pragmatic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
