Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

EMAsphere is looking for a bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist to join its growing marketing team. You will help shape the brand’s online presence, create compelling content, and drive lead generation for its SaaS financial performance management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish blog posts, case studies, e‑books, and other marketing assets while ensuring SEO best practices.
• Manage the LinkedIn content calendar, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Design graphics, presentations, short videos, and other visual assets for campaigns and the website.
• Maintain and update website pages, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot CMS.
• Support website optimisation initiatives to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French, and Dutch.
• Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with a willingness to learn.
