Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

OMP is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead B2B campaigns that promote our enterprise supply‑chain software worldwide. You will translate complex technical insights into compelling digital content across email, paid media, website and more, working closely with product, events and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lead‑generation and brand‑awareness ads on LinkedIn, Google and other channels, turning technical input into clear benefit‑driven messaging.
• Create high‑quality B2B email campaigns that achieve strong open and click‑through rates.
• Guide enhancements to OMP’s corporate website to increase lead capture and audience engagement.
• Analyze and report on the performance of all digital initiatives.
• Coordinate inputs and approvals across industry experts, commercial and product teams, SMEs, external suppliers and executive management.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues in the US and EMEA to deliver coordinated, industry‑focused campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency while maintaining a human‑centered voice.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience in enterprise software, SaaS or complex technology, preferably supply‑chain solutions.
• Strong familiarity with marketing analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proven ability to manage global stakeholder input and translate strategy into actionable campaigns.
• Active interest in AI and modern AI content tools, ensuring high‑quality, credible output.
• Excellent multitasking skills in a fast‑moving, global environment.
