Digital Growth Specialist – SEO & Audience Acquisition

About the role

This position focuses on accelerating the growth of an existing digital platform that already hosts around 100 articles and a newsletter with roughly 83,000 subscribers. You will shape and execute strategies that increase qualified traffic, expand the subscriber base, and embed the platform into key customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy.
• Develop partnerships with municipalities, public institutions, associations and other relevant organisations to drive qualified traffic.
• Lead audience acquisition initiatives through SEO, content distribution, newsletters, partnerships and other channels.
• Coordinate content initiatives with internal communication teams and external agencies.
• Optimise acquisition and conversion journeys to boost newsletter subscriptions and platform engagement.
• Identify opportunities to integrate the platform into moving, renovation and energy‑related projects.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and continuously adjust actions based on results.
• Collaborate closely with communication stakeholders, business teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in audience acquisition and growth for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of partnership development and traffic generation.
• Ability to analyse data, track KPIs and iterate strategies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
