Digital & E-commerce Content Coordinator

About the role

You will manage and optimise content on Orange Belgium's e‑commerce platforms, ensuring product information is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines. The role supports both B2C and B2B channels and contributes to driving online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Update existing catalogue items, adapt promotions and pricing according to commercial timelines, and publish new content.
• Create new catalogue entries, edit product images for web use, and maintain product pages on Magento and Drupal.
• Design and integrate visual elements such as banners, ribbons and other web assets.
• Perform quality assurance on catalogue displays, monitoring data correctness and user experience.
• Suggest improvements for tools and processes as a key admin user.
• Support catalog and operations teams on backup tasks and new projects.
• Monitor customer engagement and propose ideas to enhance it.
• Format and edit content for web display and automatically generated PDFs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a digital, e‑commerce or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate across departments.
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch plus English.

Required skills

• Content Management Systems (CMS) – Magento, Drupal.
• Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and processing.
