Digital Client Advisor – French/Dutch Speaker

About the role

Join Louis Vuitton's Client Services Centre in Brussels as a Digital Client Advisor, supporting French‑ and Dutch‑speaking customers across the EMEA region. You will deliver premium, personalized assistance through phone, email and digital channels while upholding the Maison’s high standards of elegance and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service via phone, email and digital platforms, addressing client inquiries and offering tailored recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs related to customer satisfaction, retention and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
• Handle complaints and complex situations professionally, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and retain clients.
• Build strong relationships by understanding client preferences and anticipating needs.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and/or Dutch.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to tell compelling product stories.
• Customer‑first attitude, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Motivated team player with a passion for luxury fashion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
