DevOps Engineer – Terraform & GCP

About the role

GemOne is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its Platform team. You will improve existing infrastructure and create new solutions that drive the business forward, while working with cutting‑edge IoT technology in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Terraform configurations for GCP resources.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Automate infrastructure deployments and configuration management using CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure smooth deployments and operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest GCP and Terraform features.
• Participate in green‑field projects, shaping new capabilities for the company and its customers.

Required profile

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD).
• Scripting experience with Bash or Python.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC principles.
• Experience with a cloud provider, preferably GCP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Fluent English.
• Commitment to attend the office at least three days per week.
