Developer – Collective Intelligence Platform

About the role

FLINZ is building a collective intelligence grid that learns from ecosystem collaboration. As a Developer you will contribute to the FLINZBOX platform, creating real‑time data pipelines, AI‑driven insights, and modern user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Node.js backend of the FLINZBOX platform.
• Build responsive HTML5 dashboards and integrate real‑time features using WebSockets.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas for critical data storage.
• Containerise services with Docker for scalable deployment.
• Integrate AI and predictive‑analytics components to enrich the platform.
• Collaborate with domain experts (fleets, insurance, data) to translate business logic into user‑friendly solutions.

Required profile

• Passion for clean code and elegant architecture.
• Ability to simplify complex business logic into intuitive UX.
• Interest in performance optimisation and scalability.
• Curiosity about data storytelling and the KISS principle.
• Experience in startup or scale‑up environments and comfortable with code reviews and pair programming.
