Design Lead

About the role

Conveo is building an AI‑powered research platform used by global brands such as Unilever, Google, and Orange. As Design Lead you will own the design function, turning scattered assets into a systematic, scalable design system that supports the company’s growth from $4M to $50M.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive design system across Figma, presentation decks, and the website, including components, templates, tokens, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, founders, and an external brand agency to shape brand strategy and translate it into day‑to‑day design workflows.
• Create and maintain a library of reusable assets such as sales decks, investor decks, ad creatives, website pages, social images, event collateral, and merchandise.
• Produce data visualisations, infographics, product mockups, and long‑form content imagery for whitepapers, guides, and reports.
• Ensure the whole company can stay on‑brand without creating bottlenecks in the design process.

Required profile

• Proven experience building design systems that are adopted company‑wide.
• Track record of delivering high‑volume design output while maintaining quality, preferably using AI‑enabled tools.
• Comfort working with opinionated founders and fast‑paced teams.
• Strong aesthetic judgment, decisive communication, and the ability to maintain standards.
