Databricks Trainer (Dutch)

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Databricks trainer to deliver an intensive, hands‑on training program covering Databricks functionality, Unity Catalog, notebooks, visualization, Delta Lake, performance analysis, advanced SQL, workflow scheduling and data‑modeling concepts. The trainer will work on‑site at the client location in Belgium and must be available within six weeks of request.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training covering all listed Databricks topics, including notebooks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Power BI integration and performance analysis.
• Develop and lead practical exercises and case studies using the client’s internal data to reinforce learning objectives.
• Provide documented references of at least two similar past training engagements, including sector and content details.
• Travel to the specified client locations and be present on‑site by 7:30 am at the latest.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience as an instructor or trainer delivering technical courses.
• Thorough knowledge of the Databricks platform and hands‑on expertise with SQL and Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Databricks certification and at least two years of experience in the energy sector (optional but advantageous).
• Ability to travel to all required locations and be available within six weeks of a training request.
