Data Annotator (French) – Remote

About the role

This position focuses on evaluating and improving the personalization quality of large‑language‑model (LLM) AI responses in French. You will work remotely, collaborating with a global team to ensure AI outputs are accurate, helpful, and context‑aware.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI model responses for grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts that reflect personal contexts.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect personalization, and flawed inferences in model outputs.
• Conduct side‑by‑side comparisons of model outputs to gauge quality.
• Write clear rationales and rankings for each evaluation.
• Extract insights from model behavior and provide detailed feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strict data hygiene and accurate documentation of all evaluations.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French with excellent reading and writing skills.
• Experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, content moderation, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate nuanced AI responses.
• Full‑time availability with flexibility to overlap with PST working hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an analytical discipline.
