Data Analyst – E2E Quality Department

About the role

As a Data Analyst in the E2E Quality department, you will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that support business decisions and improve customer quality. You will collaborate with multiple departments to understand data needs, develop strategies, and help optimise performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process and store structured and unstructured data from databases, APIs and raw files for the company data lake.
• Challenge assumptions, clean and preprocess data to ensure integrity and usability.
• Analyse large data sets to identify trends, patterns and correlations that align with business objectives.
• Translate technical findings into clear indicators and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Create visualisations and dashboards that communicate insights to management and other teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design data‑driven solutions that enhance customer experience and optimise resource allocation.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripts, macros or lightweight frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a data‑analysis role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
