Data Analyst – E2E Quality Department

About the role

As a Data Analyst in the End‑to‑End Quality department, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve customer quality. You will collaborate with multiple departments to understand data needs, develop strategies, and support the organization’s efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process, and store structured and unstructured data from databases, APIs, and raw files for the company data lake.
• Challenge assumptions, clean and preprocess data to ensure integrity and usability.
• Analyze large data sets using statistical methods and data‑mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Translate technical findings into simple indicators and deliver actionable business recommendations.
• Create visualizations and dashboards (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau) for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop data‑driven solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize resources.
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripts, macros, or lightweight frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar data‑analysis role.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL, BigQuery, Python, R, Excel.
• BI tools: PowerBI, Google Looker, Tableau.
• ETL and cloud environments: GCP, DataForm, Matillion, Alteryx, AWS Redshift.
