Data Analyst – Data Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Data Consultant) who will turn raw information into clear insights and help organisations build solid data foundations. You will work in an autonomous environment that values responsibility, professional growth and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and transform data from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Support or develop ETL/ELT pipelines and contribute to cloud‑based data environments.
• Model datasets and design scalable data structures.
• Identify patterns, trends and insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with analysts, IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Improve data quality, documentation and governance practices.
• Present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• At least three years of experience in data management or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.
• Proactive, accurate and curious mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch; French is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL.
• Power BI, Tableau or Excel for visualisation.
• Data modelling and relational database concepts.
• ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Experience with cloud data environments (advantage).
