Data & AI Senior Architect

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a Data & AI Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end customer technology solutions. You will work across content management, customer data platforms, commerce, CRM and AI to create scalable, production‑ready architectures that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive solution architectures that integrate CMS, CDP, commerce, CRM and AI components.
• Lead technical delivery of multi‑platform projects, ensuring quality, integration and production readiness from concept to go‑live.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to review designs, resolve technical challenges and validate non‑functional requirements such as performance, security and scalability.
• Engage with client stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete technical approaches, presenting platform options and trade‑offs.
• Introduce generative AI, agentic patterns and data‑driven automation into customer technology solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and delivering complex, multi‑vendor technology solutions.
• Strong ability to bridge business outcomes with technical architecture.
• Hands‑on expertise in guiding delivery teams through implementation challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal stakeholder interaction.
