Data & AI Delivery Lead

About the role

As a Data & AI Delivery Lead you will drive the data and artificial‑intelligence agenda for our most strategic clients. You sit at the intersection of business ambition and technical reality, shaping vision, owning road‑maps and leading multidisciplinary teams to turn ideas into measurable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define and prioritize a clear roadmap for data, analytics and AI.
• Identify high‑value opportunities across data platforms, analytics modernization and AI use cases, separating hype from real value.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of data and AI solutions, from scoping through adoption, ensuring measurable impact.
• Lead architects, data engineers, AI/ML engineers and analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment, removing blockers and providing architectural guidance.
• Review and challenge data models, platform choices and AI architectures to guarantee scalability, trustworthiness and fit‑for‑purpose design.
• Act as a senior trusted advisor to client executives, guiding responsible and scalable AI adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior advisor on data and AI strategy for large enterprises.
• Strong ability to translate business ambition into concrete, deliverable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and align cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on depth in data architecture and AI solution design.

Required skills

• Data architecture and modelling (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Design and delivery of modern data platforms.
• AI/ML solution design, including generative and agentic AI.
• Agile/Scrum delivery management.
