Data & AI Analyst – Young Graduate (Sept 2026 start)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Data & AI Analyst at the Young Graduate level to join its Data & AI team in Brussels. Starting in September 2026, you will work at the intersection of data, technology and business, helping clients build intelligent, responsible AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, training and evaluation of machine‑learning and AI models.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning and feature engineering to ensure high‑quality inputs.
• Document business use cases and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Build, maintain and monitor ML pipelines and AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Automate workflows using CI/CD tools and containerisation (e.g., Docker).
• Document experiments, architectures and workflows clearly.
• Track KPIs to measure the business impact of AI initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI tools and techniques.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience through internships, thesis projects or a first professional role in data, AI or consulting.
• Fluent in English; good knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Solid foundation in Python.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with containerisation tools like Docker.
