Cybersecurity OT (M/F/X)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Cybersecurity professional to lead the OT security lifecycle for railway projects. The role bridges high‑level security requirements and practical engineering implementation, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cybersecurity risk analyses and define mitigation strategies for non‑acceptable risks.
• Specify, validate and integrate cybersecurity architectures and countermeasures with existing railway systems.
• Allocate and cascade cybersecurity requirements to system components and external suppliers.
• Define and monitor the project cybersecurity management plan, aligning with quality, cost and delivery objectives.
• Provide technical mentoring, guiding engineering teams on security‑by‑design and validating implementations.
• Evaluate project cybersecurity level, manage certifications and coordinate with external auditors.
• Engage with project leadership and customers to agree on security measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical lead in cybersecurity deployment, architecture and hands‑on development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Leadership skills to prioritize tasks in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of system architecture and communication networks.
• Knowledge of operating‑system hardening techniques.
• Mastery of cybersecurity risk analysis methodologies.
• Experience with cybersecurity architecture design and security‑by‑design implementation.
• Familiarity with certification and audit processes for industrial projects.
