CyberSecurity Awareness Specialist

About the role

Keystone Solutions is seeking a senior consultant to lead a client‑facing cybersecurity awareness program. Reporting to the client’s CSO and Security Business Development Manager, you will design and implement a comprehensive phishing awareness strategy for an organization of roughly 10,000 employees using Microsoft 365.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a contextual and maturity analysis based on a pre‑existing assessment.
• Define a 12‑ to 24‑month end‑to‑end awareness strategy.
• Create a catalog of phishing campaign scenarios, difficulty levels, and target audiences.
• Collaborate on a multi‑channel internal communication plan with the client CSO and communications team.
• Establish KPIs, maturity indicators, and dashboards to track progress.
• Transfer knowledge to ensure client autonomy for future campaigns.
• Manage full campaign lifecycle: study, implementation, configuration, results collection, and analysis.

Required profile

• Senior IT Security Specialist with recent experience (this year).
• Client‑ and solution‑oriented with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French; English is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site 2‑3 days per week.
