Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

Join the globally recognized Atlas Copco Group IT team as a Cyber Security Specialist. You will work in an international corporate environment, contributing to cutting‑edge security projects and helping to continuously raise IT security standards across our corporate units.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive security audits and vulnerability assessments on systems, networks and applications.
• Design, implement and maintain security frameworks, policies and controls aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident response activities, conduct forensic analysis and coordinate remediation actions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to embed security principles into technology operations.
• Monitor emerging threats and recommend innovative security solutions.
• Develop and deliver security awareness programs for employees.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, including detection, response and recovery.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
• Analytical ability to assess complex security issues and communicate recommendations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
